Annual Dues and Donations

Your donation supports our purpose to preserve and protect North Sand Lake including our efforts to prevent invasive species like Zebra Mussels. Annual membership dues are $40 per household.

Thank you for considering a donation above the annual dues; $100 from each address is our break-even point at the landing.

3% Cover the Fee

Membership in the Association shall be open to any individual, family, business, or organization, that (a) subscribes to the purposes of the Association and (b) owns or leases property within one mile of the lake for which the association was incorporated; or (c) resides on or within one mile of the lake at least one month each year. North Sand Lake Association is a 501(c)(3) organization and your donation is tax deductible as allowed by law.
